Delivery
All our orders are sent out via Royal Mail services requiring a signature on delivery. Our aim is to deliver all orders within 5 working days of your payment being received.
UK Orders:
Standard delivery costs £2.95 and is sent via “Recorded signed for”
Free delivery for UK orders over £60
“Special delivery” is also available and costs £5.95 - However, not all our items are available for same day despatch and you should contact us on 01205 724103 to ensure that your item is in stock for next day delivery
Overseas orders:
Overseas orders cost £7.50, sent via Royal Mail and the receiving countries postal system. An additional 3 days should be added to our normal delivery times for Western Europe and an additional 5 to 7 working days to the Rest of the World.

To prevent fraudulant purchases , we do not take orders from one country and
ship to another.
Returns Procedure
We offer a 10 day money back guarantee. If your item is not suitable we would be more than happy to provide a refund, or exchange for an alternative product. You should notify us by email or telephone to advise us if you want an exchange or refund and then post the item to us within 10 days of receipt of the order.
Items MUST be sent back in an unused condition, complete with jewellery packaging and received by us within 10 days of receipt. It is not necessary to return goods to us using the Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery service. However, we strongly recommend you obtain a free receipt of postage from the Post Office as proof of postage, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. The postage cost is not refunded.
We cannot accept returns for any intrusive jewellery (such as earrings, body jewellery etc) that has been worn for hygiene reasons.
In the unlikely event of any defects we will offer a replacement or full refund on receipt of the faulty goods providing they are returned within 10 days of you receiving them complete with jewellery packaging. Should your item be faulty, simply contact us with details of the fault and item you wish to return along with details of when the item was purchased. PLEASE NOTE - we CANNOT process returns unless they are accompanied by order details and ideally a copy of the original packing slip. In the case of faulty goods returned within 10 days, we will refund any postage costs upon request.
All products (unless otherwise stated) are guaranteed for 12 months from purchase for defects only. This guarantee does not cover the effects of normal wear and tear, accidental damage or damage caused by misuse of an item.
This returns procedure does not affect your statutory rights
